Burnt Pink is a psychedelic band formed in Philadelphia in 2019. After a few gatherings to record improvised music purely for fun, they realized what a perfect sonic blend they were able to effortlessly create. They quickly amassed a stack of albums and EPs that sit somewhere between Khruangbin, Laraaji, and King Tubby, and could be described as “ambient garage fuzz funk”. The band consists of brothers Swarvy (guitar/bass/production) and Martin Sweeney (keyboards) plus Chris Acree (drums) and Corey Carris Duncan (bass/guitar).

Free Whenever’s music sits somewhere in between form (saguna) and formlessness (nirguna).

The band’s guiding philosophy and approach to making music is rooted in the ancient practice of long-form improvisation. The result is a unique blend of vintage psychedelia, dub reggae, eastern modality, and African rhythmic tradition that leaves listeners high — fully immersed in a synesthetic sound experience.

Founding members Neil Guleria and Trevor LaVecchia started recording out of their Brooklyn apartment in 2020, covering a range of styles from trip-hop electronica to desert psych rock. As the project took form and its true identity revealed itself, LaVecchia brought his affinity for chordal movement and song structures to the bass while Guleria complimented with melodic and atmospheric layers. Free Whenever’s self-proclaimed “psychedelic groove music” identity is built on their intertwining, conversational bass and guitar melodies over a backbone of Afro-Latin percussion and punchy, hip hop-inspired drums.

From a humble bedroom recording setup, the pair has put out five releases over a two-year period, including Open Air and Jam Junkies, Vol I & II, which garnered attention from a growing worldwide fanbase. Since then, the band has grown to include live contributor Brendan Steuart on drums allowing them to take their music from the streets of Manhattan to world-class venues like the Sultan Room and sharing the stage with artists such as Karina Rykman.

The latest stage in Free Whenever’s musical journey is the four song EP, The Movement

Their big sound recreates- and at times reimagines-the studio mastery of retro-rock icons like Steely Dan, the Doobie Brothers, Hall & Oates, Toto, etc. The Yacht Lobsters capture that cool vibe you know and love, fused with stellar vocals, a versatile horn section and unique elements of NOLA funk, classic rock and jazz improvisation to ensure your boat's a-rockin'. There's even a tasteful smattering of original music that sounds like it stepped right out of 1978.

Saints & Liars is a Vermont-based Americana band who has been blending their own variants of honky tonk, folk, bluegrass, and rock n roll since 2012. Having remained a live performance driven group for almost a decade, the band inevitably found themselves in the studio in late 2020, to record their very first professional release, ‘These Times’.

The band’s core members include Jed Hughes [guitars, lead vocals], Mike Farkas [guitars, vocals], Chris Rogers [bass], and Nolan Rolnick [drums], but often feature a rotating fifth member, bolstering the group’s live sound with the addition of electric guitar.

In addition to teaming-up on stage with amazingly talented folks like Pappy Biondo (Cabinet), Andy Falco (Infamous Stringdusters), Charlie Rose (Elephant Revival) and many others, the band has opened shows for distinguished acts such as Greensky Bluegrass, The Ghost of Paul Revere, The Mallett Brothers Band, and Leftover Salmon.

DEAD MAN’S WALTZ seamlessly interweaves the classic songs and jams of The Grateful Dead, The Allman Brothers Band and The Band, Dead Man's Waltz is an all-star collective from the Northeast festival scene. Dead Man's Waltz features top-notch musicianship and offers a refreshing twist to the music of three legendary and iconic bands. While staying true to the spirit of the music, the band members put their own dynamic spin on a vast catalog of beloved songs that are now part the new American song book. At its core, DMW is a celebration of the long standing tradition of crossover between The Dead, The Allmans and The Band, culminating with the legendary 1973 Summer Jam Music Festival in Watkin's Glenn, NY where the three bands performed together. DMW's arrangements are experiments, as they easily flow from the familiar to the obscure, moving from standards like "Jessica" into Going Down The Road Felling Bad" into "Don't Do It" or "Up On Cripple Creek" into "They Love Each Other" into "Midnight Rider". The band always keeps it fresh with new and unexpected arrangements and improvisations, while engaging fans in the free-spirited party and colorful, close-knit community surrounding their shows. With 2 drummers, DMW's line-up mirrors those of both The Dead and The Allmans as well as later line-ups of The Band. Dead Man's Waltz features an all star line up of "Rev" Tor Krautter (Rev Tor Band) on guitar and vocals, Tom Major (Entrain) on drums, Andrew Costa (Stone Revival Band) on keys, Jeremy Walz (Soul Sky) on guitar and vocals, Jeff Prescott (Rasinhead) on drums and vocals, and Brian O'Connell (Uncle Sammy, Arukah) on bass and vocals.
